Allison is a fitness, running and obstacle course race coach in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She is also a full-time life coach (AKA mom) to two children, Amelita and Seren.
Allison raced on the Tough Mudder Pro Team and specialized in Ultra Distance OCR events. A diverse athlete, she won numerous races from Sprints to UltraBeasts and beyond. She won the Spartan Canada Point Series in 2015, and the CBS televised Toughest Mudder Series in 2017. You can find more of her results on Athlinks. She came in second at World’s Toughest Mudder twice and she won the Obstacle Course Race World Championship 24 Enduro (OCRWC Enduro) in 2018.
It hasn’t always been this way. Allison was struck by a truck at highway speed while riding her bicycle in 2006 and broke her back, pelvis and arm. She is now considered to have a 24.5% permanent partial disability.
